This green DD tarp in the tried-and-tested 3x3 format keeps out more than 98 percent of UV rays. It therefore protects against rain, wind and sunburn. With 19 attachment points, it is extremely versatile.
The DD Tarp 3x3 - UV50+ is made from a material that blocks over 98% of UVA and UVB sun rays, which are very harmful to the skin. You can stay outside under this tarp for as long as you like, even in blazing sunshine, without getting sunburnt or worse. Thanks to the versatility of the tried and tested 3x3 tarp from DD, it can be used over a hammock during a summer camping trip, as a sun sail on the beach and as a simple awning in the garden or in front of the car. Of course, the tarp does not protect you from the sun, but, just like all other tried and tested DD tarps, from storms and rain. The hard-wearing and waterproof PU coating can withstand a water column of up to 3,000 mm, and the seams of the tarp are carefully sealed with tape so that you stay dry under the tarp in all weathers.19 robust attachment pointsThe 19 robust attachment points on the edge of the tarp and along the ridgeline allow for a variety of set-up and use options. - To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently (change after 10 times)
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place
- Always ensure your gear (including any cordage) is completely dry before storing away
- Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40C and below -15C)
- Please keep your tarp a safe distance from fires and naked flames at all times.
- Do not machine wash. Clean carefully by hand only, using lukewarm water
- Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
- Ensure the area around the product is kept free of hazards
- Children should be supervised when using this product
- If tent line tensioners are included with the product, please use these or similar ones of the same design. Please do not secure a tarp with an inelastic knot. Strong gusts of wind can otherwise damage a tarp.
