These Terms of Use govern your conduct in connection with the "Customer Reviews" service offered by Outfitters.io GmbH. hereinafter referred to as the Operator. In the event of a conflict between the privacy policy from the Operator and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall prevail with respect to the "Customer Reviews" service.

By participating in the "Customer Reviews" service, you consent to the processing of personal data submitted by you in the context of the evaluation of the review results.

By submitting content to the operator, you represent and warrant the following:

You are the sole author and owner of the copyrights thereto.
You voluntarily waive any moral rights you may have in such content.
All content you enter is accurate.
You are at least 13 years of age and agree and warrant that use of the Content you provide will not violate the Terms of Use or cause injury to any person or entity.
You accept that your submitted rating may be published at all websites and publications (offline and online) of the operator.
You agree that we may also manually or automatically translate your rating into other languages.
