This silicone water filter doubles as a water bottle. The entire system weighs only 227 grams and can be rolled up to save space. The removable hollow fiber membrane filter integrated in the drinking cap removes> 99.9999% bacteria (E. coli), 99.9% parasites and protozoa (Giardia lamblia and Cryptosporidium). The activated carbon filter reduces unpleasant tastes and smells. The drinking cap can be opened (and closed) with one hand. With a small valve you can let the air out of the bottle in order to roll it up. Using an eyelet, this hybrid of drinking bottle and water filter can be attached to the outside of the backpack, for example.
