DD Hammocks DD Mosquito net for hammocks

The new DD mosquito net is here. It is suitable for all hammocks with a total length of 2.7 meters.
The DD Frontline and the DD Travel Bivi outdoor hammock are both equipped with a fixed mosquito net. So this extra net is primarily for the DD Camping lightweight hammocks. But also those who have a travel hammock with included mosquito net can use this DD mosquito net additionally to protect themselves from below against insect bites. The net surrounds the hammock from all sides like a cocoon. Two foldable, light rods spread the net in width to ensure a safe distance to the hammock. Entry is via a zipper closure.

Like a tube, the mosquito net is pulled over the hammock already assembled on one side. Then the second side of the hammock is mounted and the ends of the net are pulled closed with small strings at both ends. Towards the top, the DD mosquito net is attached to the rain canopy or a tree with elastic cords. The spreader bars stretch it about 60 cm in width, which provides enough insect-free space.

The DD mosquito net weighs only 550 grams including accessories. The pack size is approx. 26 x 19 x 5 cm and can be easily stowed in or on a backpack.The close-meshed net provides all-round protection against insects and ensures quiet, undisturbed nights outdoors.
