The coyote brown tarp from DD Hammocks in 3.5 x 3.5 meters has 19 mounting points. With additional guy ropes and pegs, this large rain canopy can also be perfectly secured in heavy rain or storms. The size is ideal for two campers or one outdoorsman with lots of luggage.
There are now so many different tarps on the market that you need to think carefully about what your personal requirements are. If it doesn't have to be a super-lightweight tarp for reasons of space and weight, the robust tarpaulins from DD Hammocks are definitely recommended as rain protection. The 3.5 meter size offers extra space to protect more than just a hammock from the rain. The camper has an additional dry area for cooking or storing luggage. If the wind blows from the side, the large tent roof can be fixed to the ground as a wall.
3.5 x 3.5 meter coyote brown tarp
This brown, square tarp is an alternative for all campers who find the 3 x 3 meter rain canopy a little too small. The 3.5 meter size offers the little extra size that some people need for their luggage or camping equipment. A dry space in front of the hammock is worth a lot. It's not just for your rucksack and shoes. You can also sit, carve and cook on the sheltered, dry ground. The tarpaulin can be set up like an A-shaped tent or used as a roof or awning. The 19 assembly points offer many assembly and fastening options. The loops can be attached to a branch, roof rails of a car, jeep or camper van and to the ground with pegs.
Coating and sealed seams
The conventional DD tarps, i.e. not the ultralight models, are made from 190 T polyester. This material is robust and hard-wearing. To ensure that it remains waterproof and no water can penetrate, the 3000 mm PU coating must not be damaged. The seams are taped. In particularly heavy rain or unfavorable wind conditions, the tarpaulin should be fitted as a wind shield or with an envelope as wind protection and groundsheet. A larger tarp can be closed on all sides to provide optimum protection against rain and storms.
Assembly material is included in the scope of delivery
This coyote brown DD tarp has 19 suspension loops. These can be used to attach the tarpaulin at the corners, sides and in the middle. Countless set-up variants are possible. Depending on requirements, weather and possibilities. Four guy ropes and four pegs are included for assembly. 6 additional pegs and cords can be ordered in an extra set as camping accessories.

- To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently (change after 10 times)
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place
- Always ensure your gear (including any cordage) is completely dry before storing away
- Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40C and below -15C)
- Please keep your tarp a safe distance from fires and naked flames at all times.
- Do not machine wash. Clean carefully by hand only, using lukewarm water
- Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
- Ensure the area around the product is kept free of hazards
- Children should be supervised when using this product
- If tent line tensioners are included with the product, please use these or similar ones of the same design. Please do not secure a tarp with an inelastic knot. Strong gusts of wind can otherwise damage a tarp.
