The brown DD hammocks hammock quilt is mounted under the travel hammock. The underblanket is good protection against the cold for outdoor activities and camping. The layer of air between the hammock and the underquilt insulates and warms from below. This insulation is therefore a necessary addition to a sleeping bag.
The DD Underblanket in coyote brown from DD hammocks is a good hammock insulation down to minus 5C °. With a total length of 2 meters, this underquilt warms the whole body.
Since the compression of a sleeping bag loses its protection against the cold from below, an underquilt is the right addition. The air layer that is created between the hammock and the underblanket acts like a warmth cushion.
The underblanket is hung loosely under the hammock. With 8 loops and small carabiners, the insulation can be attached to many DD outdoor hammocks. With other travel hammocks that have no loops on the side, such as. the DD superlight Jungle or the Frontline XL, you only use the four elastic cords at the end of the underblanket for fastening.
This hammock insulation weighs less than 1kg and can be tied to a small pack size of approx. 20 x 20 cm. These camping accessories keep you warm on cool nights and should not be missing in any backpack.
