The super lightweight DD Tarp XL is extremely light and compact. It is 100% waterproof and versatile. It is the size of 3x4.5, it offers extra protection from all sides and is still (for its size) with 690gr very very light. The small pack size for a tarp of this size is also convincing.
Extremely compact and ultra versatile is the superlight DD Tar XLp. It is 3 x 4.5 Â meters, so the same size as the DD Tarp XL it is made but from the material of the Superlight series. DD 3 x 4.5 m canopy and weighs only 690 grams. With the 19 fixation points it offers countless mounting options depending on weather, campsite conditions and requirements. The green tarp can be attached to the ground with pegs like a tent or used as a rain shelter over a hammock or luggage. The strong ripstop nylon is durable and packs down to a size of only 19 x 11 x 8 cm. Like all DD Tarps, the super lightweight green rainfly is completely waterproof.
The XL version allows even more protection against wind and rain. The larger area also makes it better to create other formations than with the 3x3 variant. Depending on whether flexibility and protection or yet the weight is crucial, you should decide between the Superlight 3x3 or the Superlight XL.Â

- To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently (change after 10 times)
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place
- Always ensure your gear (including any cordage) is completely dry before storing away
- Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40C and below -15C)
- Please keep your tarp a safe distance from fires and naked flames at all times.
- Do not machine wash. Clean carefully by hand only, using lukewarm water
- Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
- Ensure the area around the product is kept free of hazards
- Children should be supervised when using this product
- If tent line tensioners are included with the product, please use these or similar ones of the same design. Please do not secure a tarp with an inelastic knot. Strong gusts of wind can otherwise damage a tarp.
