The huge 4 x 4 meter rain tarp made by DD Hammocks provides protection against rain and wind for many people. Numerous hammocks find place under this rain fly, a group of people can sit together under it and luggage stays dry.
The new 4 x 4 m tarp by DD Hammocks is bigger than the tarp XL. It does not only protect several hammocks hanging side by side, it also is shelter for a group of people and luggage.
Like all DD rainflys also this one is made of 190T polyester with PU coatiing and taped seals. This material and the high quality way of production make this plane extremely waterproof and tough. On each side you find 4 fixing points and 3 in the center. 19 loops in total which can be used to install the tarp on trees or the ground, offer a lot of possibilities of mounting. Guy lines and pegs are part of the scope of delivery.
You also can use the tarpaulin as tent roof. If there are no trees for installing a hammock, you also can protect people sleeping on the ground, backpacks and gear under this big 4 x 4 meter tarp against rain, wind and sun. Fixing it to the ground with the pegs the DD tarp becomes a perfect alternative to a tent.

- To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently (change after 10 times)
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place
- Always ensure your gear (including any cordage) is completely dry before storing away
- Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40C and below -15C)
- Please keep your tarp a safe distance from fires and naked flames at all times.
- Do not machine wash. Clean carefully by hand only, using lukewarm water
- Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
- Ensure the area around the product is kept free of hazards
- Children should be supervised when using this product
- If tent line tensioners are included with the product, please use these or similar ones of the same design. Please do not secure a tarp with an inelastic knot. Strong gusts of wind can otherwise damage a tarp.
