This extra waterproof layer can be used as tarp while sleeping in the DD Jungle hammock.
There comes a waterproof layer with the DD Jungle hammock, which can be used as underlay in case of installation on the floor. This canopy is also available as a separate item. The advantage of this additional sheet is that you can use it as a rain cover. If the DD Jungle outdoor hammock is directly fixed to the ground with poles, a waterproof layer is essential underneath against moisture from below. While sleeping in this little shelter you would only have the mosquito net above. In order to protect yourself against any rain and wind, you can attach the extra layer as tarp to the Jungle hammock. The canopy has like a tarp with 6 strong fixation points, 10 velcro fasteners and draw cords at each end.
