The Tarp M from DD Hammocks is slightly smaller and therefore lighter than the Tarp XL. This means you can save space and weight in your rucksack and still be protected from the rain in your hammock.
The Tarp M is the medium rain canopy from DD hammocks with a size of 3.5 x 2.4 meters. It is 1 meter shorter and 0.5 meters narrower than the XL roof and therefore slightly lighter. It weighs 810 grams without pegs and ropes. Like all DD Tarps, the Tarp M also has 19 robust attachment points.
If you hang the tent roof at a right angle, the ends of the hammock are still well covered. The DD Tarp M offers sufficient protection from the rain for a hammock and saves space and weight when hiking compared to the Tarp XL. Lightweight, flexible and mobile - DD Tarps offer optimum protection for your outdoor adventures. They are not intended for permanent stationary use.

- To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently (change after 10 times)
- Store in a cool, dry, dark place
- Always ensure your gear (including any cordage) is completely dry before storing away
- Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40C and below -15C)
- Please keep your tarp a safe distance from fires and naked flames at all times.
- Do not machine wash. Clean carefully by hand only, using lukewarm water
- Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
- Ensure the area around the product is kept free of hazards
- Children should be supervised when using this product
- If tent line tensioners are included with the product, please use these or similar ones of the same design. Please do not secure a tarp with an inelastic knot. Strong gusts of wind can otherwise damage a tarp.
