The Swing mainspring of MacaMex is suitable for hanging chairs as well as hammocks. It ensures comfortable swing while relaxing. This spring was deliberately produced short since the necessary mounting distance between floor and ceiling often is not given to mount a swing spring for the hammock chair. The Swing tension spring is made of extremely thick, galvanized steel. It is wider than conventional springs and has a much greater load capacity. The weather-resistant material makes this accessory suitable for use in the garden. Another feature of this Austrian high quality product are the closely bent suspension hooks. This safety feature prevents slipping out of the suspension rope.

The Swing mainspring of MacaMex is extremely durable, weather-resistant and secure. This spring is originally made in Austria and not like most accessories from the Far East. A quality product made from galvanized steel this spring is also suitable for outdoor use. In addition to the quality the dimensions for the installation of a hanging chair is essential. Compared with other manufacturers springs with a length of 190-240 mm, this spring looks short with only 175 mm. A much larger diameter and a larger wire size 7.5mm (!) makes this shortness by providing at the same time the same comfort possible. Not only provide security, but allow more compact design. Under a load of 100 kg, the Swing spring stretches to a length of 210 mm. Often the mounting distance between ceiling and floor or even in a hanging chair stand is too low to use a spring as further accessories for the oscillating comfort. With the MacaMex Swing mainspring however, this is possible with a variety of frames (Lazy, Casita, Palmera). This spring is shorter up to 5 cm but still offers the same comfort as longer, narrower springs.
A safety feature is the spring opening of only 6mm (tolerance + / - 1mm). So you can still pull a 8mm thick polypropylene rope through this opening. Since this opening reaches almost to the spring body, it is not possible that a rope unthreads during the use of a hanging chair.
