The DD hammock quilt is a padded blanket which can be buttoned at the head and foot. The advantage over a sleeping bag is that you can slip into the quilt easier. If you sleep in a hammock, it is quite difficult to get into a conventional sleeping bag and then get out again. This functional cover by DD hammocks keeps warm in combination with an underblanket up to zero degrees Celsius.
The brand new quilt of DD hammocks is here. It is a lined blanket that is used instead of a sleeping bag in the hammock. This functional cold protection offers the advantage that you can slip into the hammock sitting or lying more easily into it. The quilt is narrower at the lower end. Here you put your feet in. The two sides are connected to each other by push buttons and finally pulled with a cord. At the end of the head, the ceiling can be closed in the same way so that it stays warm inside.
It is best to first close all push buttons and tighten the cords, then put the head through the opening. Now sit down in the hammock, swing your legs in and put your feet in the foot sack. Finally you can tighten the cords as needed. Now there is nothing to disturb a cozy warm night.
The DD quilt keeps you warm in temperatures up to about 0C ° in combination with an underblanket and is suitable for persons with a body size of about 1.90 meters.
