You can return the unused merchandise you purchased from us within 14 days after reception. To ensure the time limit it is sufficient to inform us by a written declaration. Exchange or return If you return a merchandise you can choose between an exchange and a restitution. After the reception of your returned merchandise we can either send you a shop voucher which you can use for a new order or we pay back the total value of the merchandise, it is your choice. Please pay close attention to the following points concerning the return of a merchandise:

- Contact us within 14 days after reception of the merchandise, most conveniently by email to info@haengemattenshop.com

- Please do always use the original packaging including the filling material for returning the merchandise.

- Always send back the merchandise including the complete accessories.

- Attach a copy of your invoice to the returned parcel.

- Please keep the original invoice for further queries.

- Please send the parcel sufficiently post paid to the following address: Hängematten Outlet, Attention Christoph Schram, Pater Abelstrasse 4/1/14, 3400-Klosterneuburg, Europe

- Electronical data media (e.g. CDs, DVDs and discs) can only be returned if the package has not been opened.

- Only return unused merchandises because otherwise we cannot take it back.


We only give you the money back guaranty for unused items. If the item is used we can return the money partly. Please return the item unused and in original merchandise packaging so we can return you the whole price. We also return shipping costs accoring to ECG.

We accept returns only from private persons. Business orders can not take part in the money back program. Also excluded from return are custom made products and second hand products.
